NIKKI FINDLAY
Nikki started in the travel industry in 1985 where she gained a huge amount of experience for many years working at Thomson Holidays in Client Sales, Travel Agent Support, Weddings In Paradise and Customer Service. It is where she gained the passion for always offering the very best service levels which has enabled her to build strong relationships with the clients for many years now. She has since worked in Operational Management in the industry before opening her own business in 2012 – Experience The World Travel.
Nikki has travelled to many parts of the world. Some of her favourites are Mauritius, New York, The Hamptons, California, The Carolinas, Singapore, Madeira, and Italy. She also loves cruising!
JAYNE HUTCHINGS
Jayne has worked in the industry since 1983 and has gained experience in sales and management, working in leisure and business travel for corporate and Independent companies. She has also been a travel and tourism lecturer which enabled her to share a wealth of knowledge with her students. Customer service and building strong relationships is her passion. She has travelled to many countries over the years including the USA, Mexico, Thailand and many European countries to name a few of her favourites.
NIKKI FIELD
Nikki joined the travel industry in 1991 and hasn’t looked back since! During her time in travel, she has gained a huge amount of experience in sales and management working for Independent and Multiple Travel companies. Her passion is Customer Service and getting to know her customers and what they are looking for from their holiday to ensure she can find the right holiday for them. Nikki joined ETW Travel in 2019, previously working for Thomas Cook in Milton Keynes. She is 100% focused on her clients and has built great relationships with many new clients over the past 2 years and she’s thankful to have retained many of those from her time at Thomas Cook.
She has been lucky enough to travel to many places over the years, a few of her favourites are Sri Lanka, Dubai, Balearics & Iceland. Nikki’s bucket list holiday is a South African Safari!
